There is so much to unwind in markets. We have all been living in the Garden of Eden for a very long time. Covid has masked the excesses for a couple of years.
The price rises in the RE market,bull share market, lowest interest rates, full employment, Government debt in extreme territory, instability in Europe and China facing problems with its property market and ambitions on Taiwan.
All this has to play out and I believe we are in the very early stages. Not unreasonable to think we are facing the mother of all crashes.
Don't forget the mums and dads here in OZ who have been catapulted into housing debt, well above their capacity to service, by financial wizards many who were butchers, bakers and candle stick makers before they found their calling. When they crash out they'll take a big slice of our economy with them.
