Of course without saying it firstly needs to be proved to be safe and effective etc. Just pointing out the reasons for approving or prescribing a therapy or drug are more nuanced, and not just whether one drug 'works better'. You need to look at the whole picture - i.e. beyond the direct comparison of one drug to another in the situations I outlined above. And there are real possibilities for our therapies to fill the gaps in the situations I outlined above.
