Consistency is a well defined term in drug development and biostatistics. It's different from the term 'always'.
I don't think doubting and debating the current rules and guidelines for drug development and blaming them for the delays serves anyone here any good.
MSB didn't have the experts to progress its products, now it does. So just be patient and let a biotech does what a biotech needs to do to get their products approved.
