"Our valuation remains around $7.50. should sales continue to grow at current rates the implied growing acceptance of the product will justify a lower risk premium in our valuation and therefore higher valuation, probably closer to $11 in a year. The outstanding court's decision in the case between the university of Western Australia, the founder of SRX Bruce Gray, and the company remains a risk. See previous SCG articles for details of this case which we believe is unlikely to lead to significant damage, logically being a matter more between UWA and Gray"
