General rule is the Kumo does act as resist on way up and support on way down. Plus can give indication of poss direction if sloping up, down or flat ahead of the SP.
Basic terms is the idea of Ichimoku is that it projects backwards through say the Chikou line 26 periods and forward through the Kumo which is made up of crossing Senkou A and B.
Thicker the Kumo the more resist or supp.
I actually looked at your charts last night briefly to post them but thought wait eow to post em.
If you look at the one with smoothed HA candles and the poss bull flag, the SP came down yest to meet the HA candle supp (they showed doji then) as also mentioned on that prev chart comments and haven't checked yet, but should have had the flag play out for sure.
Will try post eow ones over weekend.
