I say the opposite
maybe Silviu did not accept Novartis offer in a potential negotiation, like when Westfarners tried to buyout Lynas offering $2.20 / share ( Lyc now $10 plus) ?
or maybe Novartis never wanted in, just wanted to look under their hood. IP theft .
Reason would suggest a negative OTAT meeting result would cause walk and then I’d agree with you .However, It was a very positive OTAT meeting .
so Cato, what fact do you base your assumption on?
