The FDA has already been down the pathway of MSB attempting to link assays and clinical outcomes and it did not hold back its thoughts on the MSB approach in its notes to ODAC.
Re-read the notes. They make for some sobering reading.
Perhaps NVS saw the writing on the wall on the manufacturing issues?
They would have access to that as part of their DD.
The NVS walk away is the only real commercial indicator you have.
