I believe it has been shown in a few of Meso clinical trials that our therapy works in heathier patients that still have a descent immune system. Our cells call in the curing cells if they are available. Thats why the trials did poorly when we treated the sickest of the sick. They set us up for failure and ended the trial early.
I have not seenmuch talk here about the fda changing approvoals of new drugs based on real world evidence and comparisions to historical trials instead of placebo.
Perhaps a new paradigm might be coming.
