But honestly I think you should be very wary of the company's statements since I think they are ambiguous, misleading and lack integrity. If you look at the company's track record, announcements and claims the outcomes have been universally poor, and even major partners who were prepared to invest substantial sums have walked away and in the case of Grunenthal, reduced their support.
It's OK as long as you know the risks and are prepared to accept that that any attempt to rescue the aGVHD trial with a resubmission of the BLA has a good chance of being unsuccessful.
If you want to take risks, there are plenty of opportunities with better potential IMO and way better phase 2 outcomes with phase 3 trials in progress and available at a similar entry price.
