it's not particularly new, although somewhat recent. It's a European Patent Office application based on an international Patent Convention Treaty filing (WO-2021165420-A1) which was published in August the year before last.
Importantly, if granted this application's priority - for any competing claim purposes - will go back to 19 February 2020 & an Australian prior application (202090047219.02.2020AU) which was filed at that time.
