Big money pharma is keeping stock price down to keep leverage and pressure on partnership negotiations.

On another note the fda has been changing regulations to approve new drugs much quicker using real world evidence and comparing trials to previous outcomes for the disease being studied.

Once big pharma discovered the cells acually worked they started attacking the manufacturing of the cells.
