Next week is 90 days since the new potency assay data was sent to CBER.
I’m making this up- but 90 days turnaround time for feedback is a distinct possibility.
I’m being presumptuous and presupposing that the BLA resubmission is ready to go - however we await feedback on the IND file submission which was marked as price sensitive.
Yup - I reckon we are on the CBER clock - a new dawn is about to occur in the scientific medical community- they are also dotting their eyes and crossing their t’s.
I had a look at the Clbp trial follow up - it was 36 months so no 4 year update coming the week after.
