Cato, its not raising bad aspects that is the problem , its when people lie about something being a bad aspect.
For example
" the stems dont work " .... that is a lie
" the stems are expensive" ... that is a lie, they will be priced using pharmo economics could to be competitive with current costs.
" unproven " .... that is a lie, several phase 3 trials are the proof that they work
its when someone gets on here and blatantly lies , it is very clear that they are downramping.... they should be called out for it. You should call them out for it.
