just tried to get a few shares at 1.78 (market order)
the bid was 1.875 and the offer was 1.88
i got 1.8775 (in between the bid and offer)
basically there are silent orders happening or someone has a HFT algorithm going on to make sure the offer isn't getting hit.
mind you it was a small order, but it tells me that there is likely some attempted suppression happening.
