your valuation is shaky because it is clear they are unlikely to average 1.47 children per week to june half. What does 1.47 per week mean..how many doses is that.
if we only add 1 new patient per week with treatment lasting 5 weeks on average..we will always have 5 active patients per week. Steady state 10 doses every week.
to meet addressable market of 350 new patients every year would need to add 6 patients per week with 33 active patients every week..
you're not really hopeful for clarity on run rates because deep down you know they can't actually give you one. And since you shouldn't invest on hope, and your valuation is shaky because it's fundamentally flawed . It's pretty clear to me because of this and all the other holes you leave you're not genuine.
