Yes, 12 and older is an issue. Rem is approved for 12-17, but Rex was approved before for over 12's. $$$ play a part, $20k vs 190K, irrelevant of outcome until, you know>... That's when things get Mc'stuffins, and something has to be done. Hopefully, with all the new data, and WOM, it will become the standard with steroids. The issue with over 12's, will always be about $$$. Even if it is prescribed, insurance will have a say. As in the last in line. Read L's post again.

The one thing, I can argue about is that, it is not always up to the clinician to decide, 'coz someone has to pay for it. And with my experience with insurance, I can tell you, cheapest way out. So even if the clinician decides, Rem-l, Insurance will go by their protocol.
