I don’t agree with the notion that criticising management is equivalent to "spreading negative sentiment." There’s a clear distinction between FUD and offering constructive feedback on areas that could be improved.

For instance, it’s no secret that I’ve been (along with many others here) unhappy about the complete absence of an IR team at Mesoblast. That’s not negativity—it’s a call for basic standards of transparency and shareholder engagement. Mesoblast is an ASX200 company, and should behave like one, do you disagree?

When people are told to stay silent and accept substandard practices as the norm, we should be asking: what’s the next compromise? Unfortunately, this forum has increasingly become polarised—between those satisfied with current profits (often having bought in at 30c or lower) and those who want to see better returns.

Some members even dismiss legitimate suggestions for improvement with mockery rather than reasoned debate. That’s not helpful. A healthy forum should welcome robust discussion and constructive criticism—not shut it down with character assassination and framing.
