With hindsight .... many posters now like to claim they called the December 19 announcement (whilst in truth they were sitting on sidelines frightened and petrified). With exception of a few and most notably yourself .. no one was confident of the approval. On the other hand your posts and based on your research you were emphatic in your view.
Silviu delivered and you were right.
Today posters are once again doubting Silviu and the MSB team ..old habits are hard to kick hey ..
