Didn’t the company announce an option to issue convertible debt to GG before Ryoncil approval late last year and decide to instead do an equity raising post approval to take advantage of the share price performance? That earlier option was clearly considered alongside and rejected in favour of equity financing. To say that it has not been considering its financing structure is just not correct.
