I think most would agree that we could hit the US $ 100 million annalised sales in the coming 6 months. Not sure that this alone would give significant appreciation to the SP. What would however is if we were to hit the financing markets with growing sales on record.
The balance sheet would support significant refinancing and I believe that this is were Lyn will step up. Perhaps we may not just chase a better interest rate or close out our loan, we could actually borrow up to US $ 1 Billion against a 100 million annalised sales and that would be at very attractive rates. Those putting the cash in are of course the instos with low risk and fixed returns.
A lot could be done with that amount of capital.
A CR is simply out of the equation.
Indeed the opposite becomes very attractive . Buy back becomes very attractive at sub raise levels. Raise at $2.50 buy back at $2 , 50 cent profit for our company and obvious lift to the SP that would provide significant pressure on shorts and give long term investors the opportunity to enjoy a little profit taking.
