A few questions you haven't asked, and this is just a representative sample:
Why are you going after SI and not the entire BOD? Why stop at SI? Do you have inside knowledge of the deliberations of the Board? Have decisions been made that are forward thinking and which you don't understand? Do you ask enough questions of yourself before posting, then backing off and say, 'ask Ecool'?
