My point wasn't that Nicole left. I never made any such claim. But surely you understand that while one person might be identified as the 'approver' it takes an entire group of people at all levels to approve a treatment. Further, if Nicole doesn't fall in line with the leadership's viewpoint, she too will be out to door.
