Hasn’t the company just re-confirmed that (despite funding cuts), the NIH (National Institute of Health) will still sponsor the adult GVHD trial?
Apart from JFK Jr. coming out the day before yesterday to say he won’t put anti-vaxxers on the vaccine approval panel, there are lots of other signs that the FDA, which functions via black letter law in enabling rules and regulations perhaps more than other agencies, as POTUS should already have found out, cannot be assaulted quite as easily as other government departments (outside of the staff cuts from which the scientific and approval core was spared). Not to say POTUS is rapidly retreating from his hardline positions and wimping out in his TACO acts already.
Bullies can be very vulnerable human beings inside. It’s psychology 101.
We should await further news in early July and from the quarterly update. This time I’m betting on the company doing its assault on the naysayers.
