the problem is if everyone does that, they look like the experts to newbies.
if there are no counter arguments, it looks like a consensus.
and you've left the heavy lifting to a few.
so I agree don't respond to insults, even covert ones, and keep on the topic. If "the topic" itself is inherently a sledge, to offset or displace good news, it's difficult to displace. But best to keep to the facts of the stock and the context which is best seen by viewing the company's website.
And having a careful look at the more well informed posters.
