Agreed on all points - I really hope they do resubmit this time, and that the delays have been occasioned by good reasons and in particular, by good guidance and advice from the FDA (supported by input from Krause). It's infuriating when you KNOW the product works...but the FDA doesn't really seem to care that it works...
Still haven't sold any shares, but am jaded and really lost faith in SI's claims about timelines and the like. He could be much more honest and upfront about where things are at, even if it hits the SP. I would really appreciate hard facts and truth over blarney and empty commitments about things being "imminent" or "soon." Whatever, SI, whatever.
What, pray tell, did SI have to say about applications in other jurisdictions, if anything?
