IMO is doesn't NEED news to rally sharply, but will fly on any positive news. Yes, fund-raising news is possible but I wouldn't be surprised at some sort of equity, quasi-equity or partnership deal at a significant premium to the current value on the market, because current market value does reflect intrinsic value generated by 20 years of invested capital to get to where they are now. Potential partners know that. Potential institutional investors know that. Potential industry acquirers know that! It's momentum investing lemmings who don't see that, and will potentially get rolled over (selling at these prices) or burnt shorting from here. Different sector, but Vulcan announced an institutional investor placement at a 30 percent premium to the prevailing share price the other day, and the stock rallied 25%.
