Mmmmm.
What I'm not loving so much is your valuation arithmetic that has led you to derive a P/E multiple of 42x.
I suspect you are combining CSL's profits - which are reported in US dollars - with CSL's ASX share price - which is quoted in Australian dollars.
Don't feel bad, though. It's a perfectly understandable rookie error.
PS. In which year do you think MSB will have an "E" which the market will be able to capitalise via a P/E in order to arrive at a valuation (instead of all this guessing that occurs, the result of which is a highly volatile share price)? 2018? 2019? 2020?
