Apologies, I thought the question was "why" everybody is selling out.
I do have to disagree with the premise of your thread/question.
"Bagholders" indicates that you think this stock is worthless. I disagree. This company still has great value.
All this was, was perhaps a lesson in the market pre-emptively building the benefit of a positive announcement into the price, without the certainty that the announcement will be the one they were after.
It's not a huge drop, if you think that in July 2020 we were at the same price point.
