I never have the slightest idea where share prices might go in the short term because that's little more than shooting craps, in my view.
But, notwithstanding this, I'm not sure why you are surprised that "they" (whoever "they" happen to be) haven't "taken it for a run up".
Because, if anything, "they" would surely see the significant overhang of stock that exists - given the recent capital raising and the strong likelihood that a major shareholder is still busy selling out, added to the possibility that another shareholder with some 20m shares might be doing the same in two months' time.
Maybe the company will, at its upcoming AGM, announce an on-market share buyback to soak up the stock overhang. And maybe they could access the funds for the buyback by activating that A$120m/US$90m equity facility that they keep referring to, but somehow never get to using.
