Yes, it should be something along the lines of,
"We are currently in advanced negotiations with numerous potential partners and have signed an exclusive negotiation agreement for one of our products for 50 million shares."
Even better, "Remember those trial results from two years ago, the have just been published in XYZ medical magazine"
