FWIW.....some of us held VLA for some years with the 'takeover spin' always hovering in the background for a good chunk of those years. Without going into too much detail......a SPP was arranged for institutions @0.65 cps...….the same offer was extended to retailers. From there the SP displayed strength from various positive data results and peaked at $1.33. Then, inexplicably......on no expected news...it retraced all the back to sub 0.65c. Based on the logic of 'no bad news,' and the SP was being 'monstered' down by algo action, I bought back in. With BIOs....there's always that element of risk (as we are experiencing currently.) I went out with the family and returned home to the 'out of the blue' TO offer of $1.75 ps. I am only relating my experience and MSB could well be an entirely different animal....however....some comparisons are glaringly obvious. The wild card in this is of course the global volatility that wasn't present with the VLA experience. Good luck everyone...whatever course of action (if any) you decide to pursue !!!!
