But playing devils advocate, does not guarantee that we get approved. So therefore it probably isn't price sensitive since it could still mean complete failure. On the face value all that has happened is that FDA has said.... well you appear to have corrected the CRL items.... now we are going to look closer at it over the next 6 months to confirm weather that is the case or not.
Of course, MSB has already said that they believe they have addressed the CRL issues, so if the FDA agree, it's not really unknown as MSB have already hinted at it..... but it's no guarantee of approval either.
