There was no verdict. It was settled out of court by the Insurance company for a small sum by litigation standards. Cheaper to pay than to fight the leeches in court. There was no admission of guilt. It cost the company nothing, so warranted no market sensitive news.
I’m pretty certain that you being in the medical field would be aware of numerous cases settled out of court by the medical fraternity whereby no admission of wrongdoing was part of the settlement. You know as well as I do that it is often the better option to just pay and move on.
Nothing to see here unless you have an agenda.
