No as important word in your statement is need, if they required money urgently they would of gone to old faithful Bell Porter and sophisticated investors.
However if a well Credentialed Industry Investor comes knocking on your door you take as much as you want to put you in strong bargaining position with big pharma so full value can be derived in future dealings!
