Why are you assuming “(humbly or otherwise)” , that @Far Away Red” has assumed that you know nothing about Mesoblast?
Your attempt to in effect ridicule the LTH who believe in the company and its future, with a few trite lines correlating that belief on the share issue, while ignoring the context of that share issue is certainly not humble. If by otherwise, you mean arrogant , then you are spot on.
However arrogance is perhaps not the best basis for considered thought.
If you believe that the share issue is perhaps just a financial “sticking plaster” and our belief is misplaced, then be humble, set out your argument in a cogent paragraph or two, which will show your depth of knowledge on the company and its products, how the FDA works etc. to support your statement.
The problem we have is the threads are awash with unsubstantiated posts like yours. The requirement to raise money for a company like Mesoblast during the development stage is normal. Doing it, fast and effectively while saving broker fees and opportunity for coordinated short attacks, is great news for the balance sheet. The warrants are the real discount and they are based on success. The fact that these industry experts can see the potential of Mesoblast, is perhaps further confirmation of the long term great prospects for us investors.
Disagree? Then let’s see what you can bring to the table with your knowledge. Simply banging it, doesn’t count.
