I would also add that IF there are a lot of moving parts or unexpected new 'parts' this may drag on past Tuesday causing us to go into suspension ? I can just imagine the barrage of posts predicting doom and gloom if that happens ... lol

I have also pondered over the weekend that IF Novartis (or another big pharma) were ever thinking as a long term goal of actually acquiring MSB down the track, would they attempt to intercept this proposed private placement to a targeted industry investor ? IF the placement was (say) a 15% stake, wouldn't Novartis (or another big pharma) want that stake now as a 15% shareholding generally comes with a Board seat after all ?

Just a thought and just one scenario that could in fact extend the TH into a suspension if it were to occur ... there are other scenarios (both good and bad) that could see this TH go into a suspension - just sayin'
