The definition of primary completion date is "Final data collection date for primary outcome measure". This implies that the final visit was delayed from earlier expectations set by SI (Feb or thereabouts?).
I wouldn't panic since SI has recently confirmed a "mid 2020" readout, but I think it would be prudent to assume late in "mid 2020". My interpretation is at least July, if not August. Then anything earlier would be a surprise.
