Indeed. Now the data is in, which surely is consistent with the earlier data of which there is a considerable amount, and MSB has been well aware of these erstwhile claims about batch consistency etc going through the approvals process with the FDA is merely a TASK for SI and team.
Put it another way, it's just jumping through hoops, and they've prepared for it well ahead, we have a ace legal team and we are only the world leaders in stem cell technology and SI and team only led the FDA to develop the protocols to insulate from the fly by nighters.
But people will no doubt in the future create scary threads like:
The hoops are in flames!
Or the hoops have moved higher!
Or look at that opportunistic law firm trawling for a class action on something indefinable.
