I agree.... to me ARDS which has it's origins in the lungs - will give Ryoncil the highest chance of having the biggest effect, since the cells are IV administered and go directly there with many of them getting stuck in the lungs - even in the absence of ARDS.
GvHD was a much more complicated beast with the cells needing to migrate out of the blood stream into the gut area, skin etc and organs of the gut which sounds like a more challenging, time consuming task for them.
I would think a headline of - "powerful cure, extremely effective with no side effects, not approved because FDA does not understand how it works or how best to manufacture it"
I couldn't imagine that happening in any version of events for COVID where efficacy is shown.
