Just look at how it's travelling at the time. Market reaction will be important. Will it move from speculation to investment status? 10 to 15 years is a long time to be waiting for this. If and when it steps up I'll be waiting. Potentially a wonderful stock but need to be aware of the downside risk, ever present.
