I am posting this because i have not only seen this point made on this thread (how unnecessary it may be), but i have also seen it made on other threads.

I believe that the approval index that is referred to above is significantly delayed from when an approval actually occurs.

I note that Eton Pharmaceuticals had the approval of their 'Alkindi Sprinkle' drug on the 29th of september.

This drug is yet to be updated on the FDA approved drug register, signalling delays between approval and updating the index/

I don't know how you could expect Meso to be on there, considering it is obviously not a straightforward approval.
