Vin, please don't take this the wrong way, I speak to the company on a regular basis. I was told what you have been told 8 months ago and again 2 months ago. 2 points :
1. Do you think the company would tell you things are not going that great with Teva if they didn't have to?
2. Everything is going along ok - can only be confirmed by formerly announcing so.
3. Have you heard the saying in the corporate world ". Everything is ok until it's not" ?
The point I am making is that we have not heard anything on phase 3 for close to 2 years. And the only assumption most people are making is that Teva and MSB can't see eye to eye on things, which is not great. NASA can build the shuttle and send it to space in less than 2 years, and we are being told that they are just working things out, what for 2 years?
we have lost 2 years, the trial would have been finished by now.
