You are correct in the points made and no argument.

Unfortunately Shareholder frustrations are not going to change TEVA's view when they announce and of course MSB cannot update the Mkt to the contrary unless they have been told otherwise (which is far from being the case based on TEVAS last public comment in Dec 12 and the congratulatory letter in March 13 re the funding).

And M&G also took up another $2m plus shares

And have a look to see who the good old Dr E.A Rose is associated with. He is the Vice President, Life Sciences, at MacAndrews & Forbes, Inc., the holding company of Ronald O. Perelman....the $12bn dollar man.

I am backing the company to deliver and I sense the man is ready to strike. We await.
