msb phase iii hf trial

Just really started this thread so Brr radio doesn't start as per previous thread when I open it. Bit of side dribble below to fill space.

Bioshares says the start of the HF trial is expected Q2 2012. Does anyone know if this is calendar year or financial year? Haven't been able to pick out relevant MSB announcement.

I understand a criticism of the phase 2 trial was that the control group was 60% Class2 40% Class 3 while the active arm was 40% Class 2 and 60% Class 3.



C-Pulses patients in their trial were Class3 to Class 4 significantly sicker I would think.
20% death rate as being used by MSB per year from HF would give us a good marker when the two year results are available in July

I think it would be likely that C-Pulse and MSB would be complimentary therapies, however there still appear to be a cloud over MSB's HF trial, Bioshares isn't pushing it like it used to in my opinion.
