Halting the trade is fine before sensitive information; no one needs five days to pass it. MSB should know the direction early into the run, and they have got 1,5 months for preparing every eventuality. Don’t know the rule in AUS, in Germany publishing sensible info in timely manner (ad-hoc) is an obligation.
