With all due respect, rather than wasting time on administrative matters, I would prefer management concentrate on more important things like:

- secure key funding by finalising the MNK partnership;
- secure partner for CHF program and providing clarity on the strategic direction of the program;
- secure partner for RA program after 12 month read out later in the year;
- submit all remaining tier 1 programs to FDA for assessment under 21st C Cures Act;
- obtaining priority review voucher for aGVHD
- advance the three ongoing tier 1 programs, specifically read out on MPC 150 IM Phase 2B and MSC 100 IV at the end of 2017;
- find a partner for the Japanese/Chinese market;
- grow existing Temcell revenue;
- prepare for approval/commercialisation of aGVHD in the US

This is all for the rest of 2017
