Well doc, in line with what you are saying…..
…….when CEO Itescu talked up a partnership at the AGM and then hours later conducted a CR at such a massive amount and subsequent dilution, he telegraphed to the market that 30c was the best (forecast) deal for the short to medium term. If he thought otherwise, the CR in Dec 23 would have been less, with the future intention of doing another CR at a higher amount. As the CEO, he has a primary obligation to do the best deal for shareholders (as opposed to a convenient deal for the BoDs……?).
So yes, with the mismanagement of ‘the overhang’, we are in quite the pickle.
He has to be removed. His credibility is nil. Another similarity to you is that he is as much of a CEO as you are a doctor. The main difference between you two is that he got rich on his BS.
