the class action will be interesting - lots of representations and even a TV appearance were upbeat on the prospects of the FDA approval which after 2 CRLs clearly shows the FDA disregard for use of 3rd trial data and damn stem cells that are less than homogenous in their potency.
I was right to call out the initial FDA views on the potency issue as a potential platform killer. And with an SP down from $4 to where it is today, Mr Market surely isn't taking the assay proofs either.
