ah the blinkers are on.
The class action only looks at those who bought during the period up until the first FDA CRL. Not sure if you get it but class actions look at the market at the time the alleged class loss occurred.
So put it another way, apparent good news now is good news to plaintiff lawyers their funders and people like me knowing that there is apparently more current assets to help settle - other than insurance and cash.
