I am 100% with you. I invested in this company because I really believe in what it's doing, I think the products really work and can save lives and improve the quality of all of our lives, and because I really respect and admire SI (give that man an award - he's a dogged, determined visionary) and MSB's board.
We are an ASX stock, and as I have said all too many times, the Australian market does NOT understand us and therefore, does not see us as valuable (particularly in the short term). Combine that with some (self-imposed) missteps over the last 4 months or so and I would say (grudgingly) that the price is about where it ought to be, short sellers be damned. Now going forward...:
Sign a license for CHF? Price will rise. Get FDA approval for Rem-L for AGVHD? Price will rise. Show that Rem-L is effective in a certain class of COVID patients? Price will rise. Pass the Phase III for CLBP? Price will rise. Keep Novartis on the hook for ARDS treatment? Price will rise. Do none of those? Price will slowly sink.
Most of the "paper hands" holding MSB folded and jumped out weeks ago. It's only we true believers and larger instos that see the bigger picture that are holding. Although the shorts clearly impact us, their biggest impact is right after bad news, where they fan the flames of doubt to drive the price lower and their profits higher.
So I agree with you - give me my MSB SP increases off the back of good, solid announcements that prove there is real value here. That's all I am asking for. Honest, sustainable growth.
